Whether it's crafting land development deals or building schools in Guatemala, there's a special feeling to establishing a relationship between two parties. And it's not just about the sale. It's about gaining knowledge and insights by meticulously, and at times obsessively, sorting through every detail. It's about acting proactively and ethically. And in the end, it's about seeing what that relationship can do. How it can change the landscape and the community. Growing up in a family that's been in the real estate business for generations, Amber has witnessed moments like that practically her entire life. That feeling is what drove her to get a real estate license as a 20-year-old full-time student at the University of Florida. It motivated her to close deals over the phone while sitting on the roof of her sorority house. And it's what ultimately led her to open Swift Creek Realty and Investment Corporation, where she leads a team of real estate experts dedicated to all types of property sales. When she's not traveling across the State of Florida handling commercial site selections and acquisitions or serving as an adviser to her team, Amber unwinds at home in Gainesville. She relaxes on the couch getting lost in music and depending upon the day, holding a good glass of wine in her hand. She also does what she loves most.
